    Account Executive

    Atlanta, Ga.

    Goals

    • Manage marketing consulting, services and execution to help dealerships achieve high
      profitability through car sales and car service transactions
    • 100% Customer Satisfaction
    • 100% Active/Launched Services on contracted start date
    • Provide 100% insight into campaign performance and investment ROI

    Responsibilities

    • Manage individual client expectations, while meeting deadlines.
    • Manage and provide customer service to assigned clients
    • Hold system launch and campaign meetings with dealer personnel to build awareness
    • Provide basic reporting and performance measurements to assigned clients
    • Fully understand the sales/fulfillment processes for direct mail, email, bdc, and mobile services.
    • Become proficient in all internal workflow platforms necessary to execute client campaigns
    • Attend daily/weekly standups with execution team(s) to ensure client expectations are
      met/exceeded
    • Field basic technical support calls and concerns
    • Ensure delivery of campaigns and alignment with clients specials and messaging
    • Work with Project Management team on delivery of campaigns
    • Utilize company CRM and Task tracking applications

    Skills & Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Client Success, or related customer-facing position
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Be able to prioritize tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, as well as problem-solve
    • Attention to detail is a must
    • Focus on client experience
    • High energy, go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done
    • Willingness to jump into other roles and tasks as a team player

    Preferences; but not requirements:

    • Lives in Atlanta Metro or nearby markets and can commute to Buckhead when necessary
    • Has experience in the automotive industry
    • Well-versed in digital marketing, especially Paid Search, SEO, Facebook and Display Advertising,
      Email marketing and direct marketing.
